My Windows Media Centra 2006 SP2 OS was installed by them. WMM and GOM seem to be the only two that actually open the DVD, but when it does the video and audio is choppy. I have tried everyhting I can think of:- Switched the drives physically on the IDE cable- Switched master/slave- Different versions of firmware on the drives- Newest firmware on my motherboard- Only I assumed that the drivers are installed cause i tried to installed them again when i got the pc home.
