Canon Printer Won't Turn On


Just tried checking the startup wire voltage, got 3 volts OK then noticed a light was flashing... I know nothing of electronics or circuitry. Any other ideas, anyone? On the cover you will see a small silver hex-head screw. I have found that just unplugging the printer from the wall and leaving it unplugged for 5-10 minutes "resets" the printer somehow. my review here then hit the ON button.
