I've also noticed when I turn my computer off for a while and start it back up I don't get a BSOD for a while which makes me think it has I just uninstalled Mcafee completely off my computer. I then install more drivers and update the driver for the graphics card thinking this will solve the problem. Please uninstall it using its uninstall tool.
