Seems to me like it is either sound card/driver or multiple IRQs shared, which XP wont let you change. But for the log I think that's the log for my safe mode boot cuz in safe mode you can see the stuff that it loads..
it only happens when i am using utorrent for downloading, the rest seems to be alright. Also I tried to edit boot.ini but I can't find that so I don't know what else to do. CDBurnerXP is a good free program for doing this. I have fixed this before by uninstalling the IDE drivers from Device Manager. I am running XP2000+, ASUS A7V333Raid, 512MB of Ram.
