In that case, the ram settings in the bios Setup that the bios has automatically chosen may not be correct. It seems to be when I use DirectX that it crashes. Brian Cooley found it for you at CES 2017 in Las Vegas and the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Most of these will also monitor voltages as well, though it won't be hugely accurate.

- If the rated voltages for them are different, that's a common reason mixed sets of ram modules malfunction.
- I haven't got time for that lately, but I've tried to disconnect and connect some plugs back but it still didn't work.

- If you disocnnect the ram and 2nd HD and things seem to be stable, then you know its the p/s.
