Power Supply Too Hot


I measured the temperature with Motherboard monitor and Speedfan.My temperaturesCase and cpu average 45-50 C / 104-122 FGPU is average 55-60 C / 131-140 FNote: My case fan is not active. If it isn't brand name it's probably not worth it to keep anyway. And they get to set whatever prices they want. Hopefully on to a better year with a bit more tolerance! I do not know why a power supply would directly effect the temperature of the cpu, most of the fan speed/cooling is controlled by the mother board on modern systems.

All looks good there. I was ver careful to connect the power supply's fan monitor so that I could monitor its RPM. Power Supply Too Hot Register now! Ideally you will have several 80mm fans or at least a few larger 120mm fans considering you are in a hot climate. Id run hwmonitor while playing to get an overall system board/case temp or a similar program, bad air flow in the case may be the reason for high PSU temp's.. I used the stock fan that came in the box with the CPU. Why are so few foods blue? Is your PSU bottom or top mount?
