Problem Installing ITunes 10.5

I am not a gizmo freak and i would like your help please! The following code works on Oracle 18.104.22.168. I was then able to use the pnputil.exe -i -a function to install the two drivers missing which were the netappl.inf file and the usbaapl.inf file. useful reference I could recover the iPad but iTunes won't let me resync my apps on the phone.

Same MP3s played perfectly with iTunes 10.4.1 etc and still play fine with non-iTune players. None of my apps work and iOS5 was installed prior to upgrade. Maybe if apple didn't hijack the pc, there wouldn't be this problem. this page Made the UI all messed up.
