I wasn't having a problem booting up but two websites i access often were very slow so maybe it was their sites not windows 10. You'll see a recommended size and you need to set that as the min and max. This was a little difficult for me however as I am visually impaired. I tried the usual defrag, clean up and Trojan search to no avail but this worked wonderfully. It is now running Windows 10 as fast as it was the day it downloaded. Source guys!
