I managed to change the regional settings but it was not the normal way I do it. The time now is 08:47 AM. Windows xp hangs on saving settings on shut down. You say about a system restore, how would i do that, and would that require the XP disc in the machine at the time? And the Control Panel don't tell me anything about video card/driver.
